Best lubes I've used are X-Men (it's with silicone), the BOYButter (like mentionend by gibbX) or simple olive oil (that's the thing we use most of the time, because my girl likes to lube up my whole body)

I have used quite a few different lubes during anal play. I think that J-lube is one of the slickest and it is easy to clean up. Wal-Mart has a water soluble lube they sell under the name "Equate" personal lubricant jelly. It is water soluble easy to clean up and a fair lubricant. Hope this is helpful.

I've found nothing better than Elbow Grease, but I've never tries Slam-Dunk. I wouldn't worry too much about a small amount of blood, you are shoving something up a place that is designed to have stuff coming out. Go for it. Oink
