blood from inside

today I accomplished and I am very cheerful that I did my FIRST succesful Fist .however i had and one hit. even my nails were very small however I felt that i did sth bad inside me,i means that i saw blood. afterwards it was darker that means that it stopped. After one hour I put two fingers and I did not have nothing but I did not check in depth as soon as my fingers are 8cm long..and is not a very good examination. what do you recommend me to do in order to be certified that I don't have problem? it would appear something outside if there was sth bad, do i have to put sth longer or let for one day to heal?

When you're writing about an experience you want to create a clear picture in someone's head of what happened. Your post makes no sense at all.

Put a pantyliner in your underpants.
Check every hour to see if there's any blood.
You probably just scratched your hole.
Alarming at first but probably nothing.
If you have any more bleeding perhaps best to see a doctor.
