How deep an enama should you do for extreme depth

I'd like to train more for depth and right now I can take a 12 x 1 inch dildo all the way in... What I would like to do is to take 1n 1.5 x 18 incher all the way in till it disappears and I'm wondering if I have to do a full 2 hour long DEEP enema in order to acheive this. Normally I'll take a douche bulb (3 or 4 ounces) and take 2 bulb fulls before expelling.... I'll do this 2 or 3 times and then I'm clean enoug for extreme width but would this suffice for the depths I want to do?

I use a colon hose. I have a closed and opened end 50" set of hoses. I take about 42" of the hose and hold it for about 30 seconds. I do this about 5 or six times. each time expelling after I fill up. I am so clean, I can get toys a goos 20" inside me.. its slow causer I'm still training for depth, but I can get in deep with no problem and nothing in the way.

Depends onhow long you want to take to prepare. The colon hose is probably the quickest. You could try a few deep enemas (approx. 2 qts each) using some kind of retention nozzle, but that will take several hours.

The cleanest you will get is to follow the barium enema preparation:

quote clear liquid dietfor anywhere from 24 hrs to 3 days.
On the day before the test:
You should drink very large amounts of noncarbonated clear liquids, unless your health professional has advised you not to.
You will then take a combination of laxatives (such as castor oil, magnesium citrate, or bisacodyl) to empty your intestines.

You may be asked to take a tap water enema to clean any remaining stool from your colon.
On the day of the test, you may need to repeat the enema until the liquid that passes is free of any stool particles. Sometimes a rectal suppository or a commercially prepared enema, such as a Fleet enema, is used instead of a tap water enema. unquote

I do an all liquid diet at around 5PM the day before,& all day the next day. I use an enema hose in the shower, fill-up & while hose is still in me,I push out the water, and at the same time I slide more hose in me. i do this 2-3 times,I rest for an hour & hose one more time. Then I am ready to take my 12" dildo, for a while then I go to my 15" X3" black dildo, then I am ready for past the elbow and then some???:eek:
I also use MANTECA, not crisco because with manteca big dildos and hands slide in fast and easy:p ,it also cleans up with Rounds Touph on Grease Ultra Dishwashing Liquid & Antibactirial Hand Soap, and leaves no stains nor smells on body and /or sheets.:)

For even more fun cleaning out I use the Colon Snake from Mr.B.

Hey guys... Just wanted to let you know, I reached a new length on my hose. I do not recommend this at all, even I shouldn't have done it, but I was caught up in the moment. I got all but the last 3 " of my hose in, thats a whopping 47". :cool: and I could feel it pass through my ascending colon and into my intestines (that is why I do not recommend !) :eek: It was unbelievable. I could feel the water rushing in my intestines and flowing all inside my intestines. I must say I'm not sure I will try this again cause of the inherent danger, but it was a rush when it did happen. :D (I'm sure the rush was mostly based on the psychology of going past the ascending colon and into the intestines.) If I ever try again, I will try to get photos if I can find some one to take them.

I good anti-bacterial w/ bleach dish washing soap makes quick clean up of silicone based lubes and gels. I keep a bottle in my bathroom and everything goes in the shower with me afterward including the toys and dish washing soap. Beats the hell out of trying to wash that lube off with regular soap.

Hey eighteen. I can only recommend the snakes... deeeep fun and lots of fascinating things you can do with these.. the 1" snake is around 109 EUR at MrB. They are handmade in England and are very heavy full rubber - so that's why they are some kind of expensive.

Well, for the reason of IBS (Irritated Bowl Syndrome) I have to clean out my intestines very often. An enema would take to much time, so I have a special douche hat that I press on my hole to get the warm water up my belly - sometimes up to 3 liters. Afterwards its no problem to take up to 18 inches or an arm up to the elbow.:p

I doubt that Manteca by that brand name will be in Australia, but if you look in the shortning aisle of the market, look for LARD. It is animal based,(rendered animal fat) and has a lower melting point than veggie shortnings. I find it works well mixed with crisco, and with j lube.

I bought a 36" colon tube years ago in USA and it's great for deep cleaning. Careful with water pressure. I looked in the Yellow pages and called a few medical supply houses to make sure they carried the item. (Sort of weird asking for one.) Once I was sure I walked in and just asked for one. Said my doctor sent me there.

I've read that you don;t want to go too narrow when going really really deep. If I were you though, I would go with 1 inch because you're just starting out and don't want to overstretch anything when going that deep. Once it gets easier, then go with 1.5

I have a ten inch dildo that's 1.5" in diameter and it seems to be one of my favorite toys because I can feel it when it goes past the internal sphincter... start feeling it right about 7 inches or so... then I go real slow and when it loosens up at that depth then I can push it in and out repeatedly with just the last 3 inches of it going in and out and feel that and it makes me cum real hard and I love it. So I'm just kind of toying with the Colon Snake idea. Perhaps it would feel good to go even farther? Anyway, you mention you don't want to go too narrow when going deep... is that because there's a greater chance to perforate or tear the bowel with a narrower toy? If that's the case then perhaps I can handle the 1.5 inch toy just fine. I have been able to take the fist (and I love that too) and large toys such as the Bam dildo (I also love that one)... I love the stretch but I've never really explored depth play. I also saw a picture with a guy's arm up another guys ass up to almost his shoulder <yikes>. If you go too narrow a tube then there's the chance you can perforate the colon and or tear it. It's pretty delicate stuff there so be careful. I can take a 10 x 1.5 inch dildo all the way as well and I have to admit although the feeling is arousing, it's not that comfortable..... Perhaps it would be better to go a little less than 1.5. It's all about you quite honestly and what you feel is right for your body. Play safe!!!!

are you more interested in a deep clense or the colon snake ?
you can acheive a good clean out if you take your enemas on all fours head well down ass wel up and you bag / jug of water about 3 feet up i would use clean gallon cans .For tubing i use either red rubber gas pipe or soft plastic tubing when new the stuff from the pet shop dark green and about 1/2 inch or so cheap and not imediatly obvious if you play in secret.
Add a little soap if you want but take several clear warm and or cool water flushes . if you take your time and enjoy:tongue: you will get clean .
