anybody willing to give some advice about experience in the Punch Fist ? I get fisted and punched every now and then. But not many Top guys are willing or clever to practice the punch. I have to say that when we are finished I am a little bit stressed and my sphincter is burning and aching. A good punching needs not only plenty of lube, relaxing, BUTT most importantly a skilled top. Good, pleasurable punching comes from carefully guided and controlled hand strokes. Hi. I enjoy being punch fisted, and doing it. Some ideas:

- Reread HansIndeep's message. Right on target.

- Work up to punching. I use big toys to open, then single fisting for awhile fingers first, working up to single punching--with a "pointed" fist for entry. Squared fist is just too damaging going in. (Then, in my case, double punching.) Bottom's relaxation is key.

- For me, the best sensations happen when pulling OUT. So, tops...push in smoothly and firmly all the way. PUSH, not a HIT. Then pull out FASTER. Listen for the sound of the sloppy, slurpy hole flapping shut. Get the fist all the way out to get the proper sound and visual effects. Then...back in.

- NOT FAST in, but a smooth, firm push. The pullout is the place to apply your topping artistry.

- Work with you bottom to get the sequence/timing right for him

- Examples: Push in with a "pointed" fist for easy entry, form a squarer fist, then pull out quickly. Listen and watch the hole react. Then push right back in for more. Try twisting a vertical fist (easier entry) horizontal for a tighter, wider exit and bigger gape.

- Try slapping the entry fist against the hole to make nice slap noise. Keep the fist in touch with the hole and push firmly in. Then use your favorite exit moves.

- When speeding up, DO NOT lose any of the step sequence. Smoothly/firmly in, not a HIT; Form fist and come right out FASTER than going in; Get the fist all the way out, make that glorious sound; then right back in.

- Try to work up to 20 or 30 or 50 strokes.

thanks for your reply Jim ! There is no damage when punching is carried out properly. And I think Punchers must have been punched as well, to know what they are doing. The fast pull back is the best way to work the hole. It helps to form a rosedub and prepares the asscunt for the next stroke, that must be slow and firm. A good session should always have some guys (the more the better) watching on, to learn the correct practice and become good fisters and fistees.
