The chance of HIV virus transmission while giving oral is very low, but still there. Even HIV+ guys on meds that have undetectable levels of virus in thier blood have some in their semen. There is risk is low, but it is not entirely safe. Current statistics now show the risk is greater for getting syph from sucking someone.
