I am new to ff and I was wondering what I should use to clean myself out as well as the best way to prep my hole for a fist

I suggest an anal douche or enema.
I usually enema with warm water three times before a fisting session.
Enema does require that you give some time to it. If you think it is a chore go with the flow and make it part of the relaxation process!

I have gotten my body to the point that when my wife says lets have fun, I can do a good clean out in the shower. Hot water helps open me right up and it is a great way to my hole ready for play. I also use a butt plug for the rapid in and out.... feels great. Then I use a long, thin 13 inch dildo getting all the way in to make sure I am completely cleaned out.
