I got my second tit pierced as I was being fisted. When the fist got inside, past the wrist, at the same moment the piercer pushed his needle and pierced my left nipple. I've tried this before with clothes pins/safety pins before. Close them up and add weights for extra fun. Also have done the same for my ball sack and cock. Have to be in the mood for this kind of pain though.
Did he stick the needle through quickly? When I did it to myself I did it very slowly and carefully which just extends the pain. Definitely builds your threshold up I can tell ya that!
