I just thought of the expressing in english 'keeping your fingers crossed'. We don't have that expression here so I didn't think about it right away, we have some similair expression but it's not quite the same.

Perhaps it's just that on the picture? Keeping fingers crossed?

not supersticious, Its like closeing your eye's and crossing your fingure's when someone is trying to fist you for the first time. You hope it goes in without hurting too much and trusting that person!! . its difficult to explain.

I'm not taking the piss.. I honestly think that someone who believes that keeping fingers crossed is really going to help has got to be at least a tiny supersticious? Could be just me though.. Or perhaps I'm just misunderstanding one of the words.
