Pissing blood

Question: Has anyone else experienced pissing blood right after being fisted or after playing with long toys? It only happens while playing. There's no pain, but it's very alarming. :eek: As soon as playtime is over, everything returns to normal. :) I'm thinking it may have something to do with bruising the prostate/bladder. :confused:

My experience with passing blood came when I would go swimming and then run afterwards. When I would get done running and when I went to piss my urine was a pinkish red color. Later after that the next time I went it was clear or had no trace of blood.

After about the 3rd or 4th time and it wouldn't happen all of the time I went to my regular physician. Oh my gawd off the deep end they went. We've got to send you to the hospital and have them do a series of x-rays with dye in your bloodstream to detect where it was coming from. About a day later I called and canceled the test. I said this is crazy because it only occurs after I get done running.

Finally I got in to see a urologist and I told him what was occurring. He said what I was doing was emptying my bladder after swimming and then I would go running on an empty bladder. Because my bladder was empty it would cause the walls to rub and cause the bleeding. He said he's had marathon runners in his office that pissed blood after running a marathon and just freak out. They call it runner's hemotosis or something like that but after that I seemed to remember an article in the Runner's World magazine about it many years ago. Anyhow he told me if I constantly had blood then yes that would be the right thing to do to go in for tests. To solve my problem I don't empty my bladder completely after swimming and before I start running.

I would venture to say your either causing your prostate or bladder to bleed by what you are doing. Try being a little more gentle.

Be careful. Pissing blood can mean that you have cought a venereal disease. It can also mean that during your ass play you have been rubbed your prostate or your rectal pipe to strongly. In any case, stop anal play & have a doctor consulted.

This happened to me last year. I was very alarmed. It was followed-on by a bladder infection. Really bad. It cleared up with antibiotics.

But I had other problems for the remainder of the year. So I'm still not sure where it all started, or for that matter, where it really ended, tho I'm okay now.

But, if I'm not mistaken, it starts out with an infection that you get through the penis, then it's aggravated by fisting, heavy ass play, all sorts of things. Until it's completely cleared. I still use "macrobid" antibiotic occasionally (it works as an "antiseptic" antibiotic) after sex. This works for me, tho my doctors tells me I'm nuts.

Sometimes you gotta be your own doctor: be proactive: don't count on doctors too much, neither when they tell you you're sick and you feel fine, nor the opposite.
