I tried pushing it up against my ass and it was a very WEIRD feeling. It felt like my ass was being pulled out from the insidet and although it never came out the way you'd see a prolapse, it did trigger a reflex action to keep my rectum inside where it belongs. I think you really need to master your muscles to relax and allow the inside of your ass to come out on it's own, sucking it out is dangerous. All in all, an intertesting experience that I'll be exploring very carefully :)

i think the idea of the pump is to stretch the skin around the anus to give the appearance of a nice pair of 'lips' and not to prolapse the rectum. When using a pump
like a penis pump u would need a butt plug in place for suction to be made around the anus

With regards to getting a good seal, a lot of lube helps, and also the diameter of the pumping cylinder needs to be right - not too big, not too small.

I have had a lot of success with developing a nice rosebud with a penis pump. You need to put it one or two inches inside, let the suction gently pull lining out. should do this often, but with not too much time in each session. Also, good to stretch and push. You should see results pretty quick. Best to use cylinder that does not have rim. You dont want it on the outside of your ass.

I am using a large penis inflated toys to do my stretching. You almost have to hold it in place and not let it get sucked in or pushed out. I find a good image to look at and pump air into the penis toy, and increase at from 10 all the way up to 40 squeezes. You feel full, and a great sensation which you can move it in and out of the rectum. I have been able to expand my hole to receive a larger object, but it takes time, and patience.
