My personal favorite is Amsterdam. I purchase it locally in South Florida and several places carry it. I don't think they would like me to use their names.
It brings you up slowly and lets you down slowly. In other words, it last longer than some of the others.

this may sound dumb, but with normal poppers you hold your nose up to the bottle and inhale, but how do you use the spray poppers, like thunder bolt, and are they as good.

forttroff.com sells a brand of poppers that is a little pricey called fist , it so the best stuff I have ever tried and well well worth the money. I was a fan of Jungle Juice platinum till I tried the Fist, and now hands down its that or nothing at all.

I recently purchased some poppers at a local store, recommended by the staff, "Rochefort"-spray. I don't use poppers that often but this seemed to me very mild.
I've also bought products from PictureBrite and like their prices, but their measurements for the larger dildos seems a bit confusing. Usuallyy dildo's are measured width first and length second, i.e., 5x6, 5x7, etc., but PictureBrite lists 8x6,8x7 and then 6x9, 7x10, 8x12,12x8, 12x9, so am not sure with the latter which is diameter (circumference) and which is length.

I have the same experience with Jungle Juice Plus :( It be not compared with the Jungle Juice from english Ram products

I ordered from this guys about 3 months ago and I was quite disappointed by the quality of their poppers. I ordered a variety of brands (Jungle Juice, Jungle Juice Platinum, Amsterdam and Pig Sweat (I think). Anyway, the bottom line (no pun intended) was that they were all pretty faint and weak. I guess they had had those bottle in stock for ever and they figured they'd dump them on me.
Granted, the packing and everything was very nice (and very fast), but I was not impressed [AT] all about the quality/strength of their poppers, which is what really matters at the end....

I'd ordered from them before (toys) and everything was OK. I'll just never buy poppers from them again...:mad:

I've used plenty of english poppers over the years and was introduced to aromas direct ultra string poppers which were placed on some paper tissue in a bottle (they were strong) to stop me burning my nose.

I was told by the headshop where I get my pure gold and liquid gold that the uk law is changing regarding poppers and that they require child proof lids, but they are not sure of whats happening about the actual chemicals used . Does anyone here in the uk know whats happening ? Lenny

Hi guy's! i've discovered a very cool poppers named "the real poppers" witch has a gold label.

It's a very strange poppers that opens your hole without any second effect. No headacke ore anything.
It's a cool one, the only problem is that it can' make you "go away" tis simply, doesn't work.

So i would recommend it for the sweet trainings, but not for the big explorations!

Hello... Tobinn here, Wow am I disgusted, Jungle Juice Platinum w/ silver label, bigger bottle, $25.00, my old standby now totally suck. Burn the skin, make urine dark, and run out of pop half way down the bottle. (bottle half finished and useless). Poppers is the street term for various alkyl nitrites taken for recreational purposes through direct inhalation, particularly amyl nitrite, butyl nitrite, isopropyl nitrite and isobutyl nitrite. Found this... interesting, I thought...

Once when I was 15, I was hanging out with some people and someone pulled out a silver spray can. The brand label on it said 'Ethyl Jaz' and in smaller letters it said 'Ethyl Cloride.' Someone said it was like poppers, which I had never done. They took turns spraying it on a towel and then holding it to their faces. One girl actually put the sprayed part of the towel in her mouth, because she said it was better that way. I tried it, and started giggling immediately after I inhaled it. Then I wanted another huff, and another and another and another, but soon someone took it away from me.

I learned it was sold at a certain bar. I went to the bar, which was well-known as a hangout for gay men who liked leather & motorcycles. There was a boutique upstairs that sold leather accessories & sex toys. They had little bottles of 'VCR head cleaner' and cans of Ethyl Jaz in a glass case. I bought a can of Ethyl Jaz. It was very expensive for me, something like $25 for 2 ounces.

I took it home and started huffing it. At first it seemed like it was just something fun, it made me feel giddy. As soon as a hit wore off, I wanted to do another one. Then instead of just sniffing a sprayed rag, I started putting the rag inside my mouth and inhaling through it, like I had seen the girl at the party do. This method was incredibly more intense.

After taking a huff, I would immediately lose my vision. All was grey except for an oval-shaped pulsating green colored light ahead of me, and a little above me, and I would hear noises that sounded like the video game Pac-Man. I felt conscious, and yet I was completely engulfed by these sensations. I felt that I was elevating, and getting closer to the green oval, which held a wonderful mystic truth for me, if I could only get there.

Then I would regain consciousness. I had felt a sense of awareness during the huffing, but I fell off my chair and fell on the floor. So despite my feelings of being aware, bodily it was like passing out. When I came to, I felt numb and confused, and I immediately wanted to do another hit. Partly I wanted more to keep being 'high,' but I also felt that if I could just do a big enough hit, I would understand the secret message of the green light and be cosmically enlightened. The notion of 'cosmic' or 'mystic' truth did not occur to me at the time. This is just the best way I can explain it.

I kept huffing, and at one point I believe I lost all consciousness for a period of time. I was confused, so I don't know how long I passed out for. I had a bad headache, but I wanted to keep huffing, and attain the elusive universal truth that seemed so close at hand. Finally, I reached it. I received the holy message and it clicked in my head with an awesome understanding. It wasn't in words, but in pure thought that I felt had been delivered to me by a higher power. The message was that I was destroying my brain and I needed to stop.

I pondered this for a bit. Then I finished huffing the remainder of the can, which was almost gone by then. I did not get anywhere close to the previous feelings. I felt compelled to keep huffing, but I didn't feel like I was doing something enlightening anymore. I didn't use ethyl chloride again. Partly because it was an intense scary experience (and I thought, maybe dreadfully wrong, because of the message I got), and partly because it was expensive. Alcohol & LSD were so much cheaper, and a lot of times people would smoke their pot with me so it was free for me.

I tried poppers a couple times after that, and it was sort of a 'head rush,' but it came nowhere near the intense feelings of imminent spiritual awakening I had felt with the ethyl chloride. I thought that whoever had said that the Ethyl Jaz was 'like poppers' was a fool. I didn't use inhalents at any other time.

I kept using drugs for 5 more years. Sometimes, after smoking a lot of pot, I would get a little glimmer of that feeling of knowing a cosmic message -- the same message that I was destroying my brain, and I needed to stop. But the desire to get high was strong, and I chose not to heed the message. When I was 20, I got clean. I felt that my ability to stop using substances, despite the seemingly uncontrollable urges to use them, was a spiritual intervention. I felt some of the 'message' feelings during my early days and weeks of being clean, but this time it was that I was finally heeding the message 5 years after first hearing it.

I'm now 30 and have been completely abstinent from drugs and alcohol for 10 years. I still look back at Ethyl Jaz as a spiritual experience. 'Stop getting high' may seem like an improbable spiritual message to get from getting high. But if I hadn't stopped, I believe there's a strong chance I would have permanently damaged my brain or liver, or died. So it was an important message for me.

You are not looking at Jungle Juice Platinum (amyl nitrate). You are looking at plain ol' Jungle Juice (Isobutyl Nitrate).

In australia there is little retstrction on purchasing popper's but there use can result incharges under the iilleagle poisons act. However I use jungle juice for prolonged arse play sessions, with moderated use of speed or excty the popper helps to relax you for the use of of gaint dongs and prolonged fisting and foot sessions. But don't use viagra with poppers. Death is instant. II find jungle juice one of the better ones, I would also like to hear about other brands that a stronger. I only use these combinations a few times a year and only in moderation.

JJ Platinum is pretty good here in Canada. None of the bad smell and for me no headache.

When I use JJ I have found that putting some on one or two cotton balls inside a glass jar with a screw lid works better than sniffing it from the bottle. The fact that it is combined with air seems to increase the effect without overdoing it. If I take a hit directly from the bottle it seems as though I kind of over do it and I am then able to feel less of the "poppers effect" which is something that I enjoy when playing alone with toys.

Alkyl describes the sort of chemical group attached to the nitrite. This refers to the general form of the group.
Amyl describes the sorts of molecules that makes up the group.
The name amyl is bit aberrant really, but the others in the series illustrate the principle better: butyl, propyl, pentyl and so on.
You will remember ethane, methane, butane, propane, pentane, and so on
each molecule up the chain is slightly heavier, making the solvent slightly less volatile.
These chemicals are prepared by the esterification of an alcohol with concentrated nitric acid.
The alcohols follow the same series, ethyl, methyl, butyl, ...
I don't know that much chemistry either, but there's a page on Wikipedia about esters.
