Has anyone played with their ass and stretched it to a point that their ass became so sore that it had to heal for a week or more? My ass has been a bit tender for the past 4 days and I've refrained from stretching it to let things cool down abit.. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.

I have in the past had pain from big toys and slowly I have discovered that if you force the issue and don't allow your butt to relax and accept the toy on it's own terms damage can be done to the wall of the anal passage. Now if you want the depth of penetration to enter the colon,(the good spot) then the right amount of lube has to be used and the anal passage must be allowed to relax with the toy. Depending on the size of the toy and the type of stimuli, this could take over an hour to archive, but once archived then the thrusting can begin. Also if there is any mud present then this will also cause friction rather then lubericant so purging of the bowel is esential:) :) :cool: :D

It's also my (painful) experience that allowing arse time to get used to the stretch is important. Was taking a fisting last August which was going really well until fister clenched his hand to go into my arse. Felt challenging as he went in, then good inside. On xtc at time so masked what had happened. Video clip done at time showed that as fist went in (without waiting for hole to fully relax) blood came out.

How big are you talking about? If I stay under 4 in. wide rubber or 3.5 solid object I have little pain and can re insert any time even several times a day. If the object is solid and aproaches 4 in. or flexable and 4.5 in. I need a 24 hour rest befor more plsy.

I'm talking 3.75 inches (Chase Hunter Plug). I'm also finding that part of the pain is more around the sides of my ass. Due to the sheere size of the plug, it is rubbing up against the sides of my asshole and irritating it. tons of lube helps and I use J-lube but it still gets a little aggravated. The ring of my ass hurts allot if I've been at it for awhile and I find that it's worst when there's still trace amounts of feces even after a few rinses. Aside from a thorough cleansing and making sure my toys are washed, is there anything else I can do to make it less painful after I've taken a break?

I agree with GayPig. Give your ass some rest time between cleaning and start of play; start small, go bigger; and give rest times in between. I used to have the same problems as you but I make sure I give my ass breaks during the playtime and it has worked wonders.

When trying a new toy which is a larger size than any I've used before, I prefer to play with it myself, rather than use it in a play session, either with myself or someone else. Now, patience is not something I've been blessed with in abundance :rolleyes: but for me, keeping my head clear (no chems, not even poppers or alcohol) and keeping a "matter-of-fact" attitude to the task of working my hole to stretch to a new limit is the best way to go. I think of it as training for an event! And once I'm comfortable with the new toy (which might take a half-dozen sessions on my own), then I can let myself switch my mindset from 'training' to 'playing,' cos I'm relaxed knowing that my arse can take it comfortably enough to be worked further during play.

Hi guys- just joined, and picked up on this thread. I have also suffered 'trauma' to my anal sphincter. Firstly it was diagnosed as an anal fissure but on consulting a specialist was told it was as a result of anal trauma. However I was given very little advice/help as to the healing process - just a tube of zinc and castor oil ointment.

For myself I've no experience but I do understand your problems because a close friend of mine suffered more or less the same as you do. During a rough overhaste play-session he was very ill-used and got severely injured.

After several examinations he was at last advised by a German doctor (specialist) to "enjoy" ass-play on a regular basis (preferable daily!) with a small !!! soft toy, for about 5 - 15 minutes at one time, using lots of lube, cleaning afterwards in the most possible gentle way.

So he did, it took him more than a year but he almost completely recovered :)

Yes ! MY rim has a nasty split in it ,but that healed by itself from the base of the split .

As wide toys, fists and other large objects penetrate your ass, the ass hairs (which are usually pretty thick) get sucked into the works... This can cause small cuts and irritation. Also, one thing I noticed when I started shaving my ass is that stretching was wayyy less painful so I'm suspecting it is due to this fact.

Hi Bigstretch, If you have a hairy arse and try to insert a large object, not only are you causing a lot of friction threw the long hair it also pulls the hair out by the roots and starts infection,and if it is not attended to asap you wont be able to to play for quite some time.

After you shave your arse you should use a mild antiseptic or antibiotic cream to avoid such spots, ask in the chemist for a cream for shaving rash, that will solve the problem.... and use a new razor to avoid cuts

You know what???? Try spreading a thin coating of ID Millenium.. I have done it for years and the reason it works soooo well against irritation and rashes is because it lubricates the areas around your asshole that you shaved... these are the same areas that rub against each other when you walk or go about daily chores.. Ever since I have started using it, I have never had a rash.

Try shaving the area just around your hole. If I don't shave and play with big toys for a period of time, I get irritation like you describe. Also, try an oil based lube with the j-lube. j-lube by itself will dry out and cause irritation.

i have had similar experiences after aggressive fisting or dildo insertion that expands my limits. The only answer that works for me is time. After it heals and feels better i find that going back to the limit that caused the original damage is much easier and no damage occurs...until i go beyond that again....lol. i have a sore ass a lot...

Hello Owen 2032. Yes, I had the same experience, if I do not fist myself gently. Fisting is not a "hurry play". It is part of your body the asshole, from which you may have great fun as to assplay. When you play with yourself, take all your time and needed preparation as to assplay. Take time to insert whatever dildo in your ass, go slowly, and add enough lubrican (not all at ones).
