Bizarre question

I have a bizarre question regarding my wife fisting me. Last night she was giving me one hell of a fisting. Ohhh, it was an awesome night. Almost 2 hours of some self play with dildos and 2 dildos at a time.

I don't think this is a bizarre question - I am also swelling when my girl fists me. So I tried with "Buscopan" and "Paracetamol" - I'm swelling nevertheless - but it feels more comfortable and you can enjoy a long play.

Buscopan is also available as suppository. Take two and put them deep inside with a long dildo or with your wifes hand!

Ha, Buscopan is available in the US as Butylscopolamine. It's made from a plant called Duboisia, and 60 bucks are definitely way too much.

It's aim is to reduce swelling in your bowel. It might help, but you might not have the same sensitive feelings as before you took it.

Usually the suppositories (which is in german: Zäpfchen) work better and quicker. You shouldn't overdose it, I think 2 of em are enough for a session.

I googled this and there are Canadian pharmacies which sell this. Some say it is OTC; other need a script. There appears to be several different formulas sold under this brand.

But also there seemed to some contra-indications for nitrates, so there appear to
be issues with taking this with ED drugs and using poppers.

So I have googled the name for buscopan in the states, and nothing shows up; do they still sell this here or am I going to have to import it? I do suffer from IBS, and it has been particularly bad since the advent of spring this year even when I haven't had a hand up my ass. I probably just need to take more probiotics again, but an antispasmodic sounds like it would help with the gassy bloating I get from time to time. any thoughts?

Buscopan is the European trade name, it probably has another name in the US.
The active agent is butyl scopolamine. Scopolamine was known as the "truth drug" back in the sixties.
Medically it's used mainly to relieve menstrual cramping.
It is also sometimes used to relieve seasickness.
I don't care for it as it makes me feel slightly dizzy and headachey

As for the swelling problem OP mentions. Everybody get this. If you play a lot you will not bruise so much inside and the swelling will hold off for a while, but I find that 5 hours is the limit.
I have tried squirting large amounts of arnica cream inside, but can't say that it helped.
