I am always smoking pot to get my ass relaxed. Some Buscopan or some Paracetamol too and you can start playing.

Some herb might make one feel more nervous than relaxed - know your reaction to what you toke. I love it for cleaning out, and find it makes it easier to do muscle isolation, and know I can completely let go when playing. A rare session on loaded brownies once allowed me to take a short fat vinyl plug that I have not done since... my inhibitions were down that nite for sure
