Anal fissures

Hi guys,

I've always wanted to get into heavy arse play with my own hole but have practically always found it to be very sore in a certain spot.

Few months ago i found out i had not one, but two anal fissures that are now very very sore to the point where i can't even get rimmed.

I tried a cream analagous to poppers that relaxed the muscle so it could heal but that hasn't worked so i've now got to have a sphinceterectomy where they basically cut the muscle to allow it to relax to heal. They can do this one way or by stretching ur hole, but that apparantly has too high a risk of incontinence.

Has anyone else been in the same shoes as me? I'd love to hear from you here if you have!

I would get a second opinion get on some anti biotics and leave your hole alone for a while probably at least six months to give it time to heal.
i had a bad fissure once i almost bleed to death was in hospital for a week i fucked my self with a carrot ( no no) and it cut me inside i felt it when it happened i lost a lot of blood had to have a transfusion but now im better and ito heavy ass play no problems even stretchin my ass with biug dildos and trying fisting give it time to heal maybe use a stool softner for a bit if it hurts ask your doc

Tried all that and it's been 6 months since i was told, now it's bleeding everytime i go to the toilet and it's VERY itchy and sore, horrible

Hey boy,

at 19y/o I got a 5cm fisure that was very painful. It got infected and I reached a point where I couldn't even walk because of the pain.
I saw the doctor and he prescribed anti-biotics and a cream, also suggested to wash my asshole with an enema after every poop.

I got completely cured in a week and a half. You should try it, visit your doctor and get revise.

Sounds more like piles (hemeroids) than fisures, my advise is to go to the std's clinic, they are very good and dont say anything about your life style
and you would get good treatment ,they have seen it all before !!!

Oh they're fully aware of the situation and they're not piles, they only itch because they bleed...open wound etc.

It's far too shove somet up my hole let alone go to the toilet. I've used cream on them and it's done nothing but made it worse.

Gotta wait for my operation in a few weeks

I had the same problem and no doctors could cure it, except a very humble plant called aloa vera (google it) and treasure it. Has been used for burns, fistulae etc for millennia by the Native Americans. It will keep your kunt fresh and ready for any action in a few days. and costs here in America just $2 a leaf!

Those grow in my backyard. Here in Costa Rica we use them for sunburnts, is rather usefull and you can make a refreshing drink with it also.;)

Of course I know of aloa vera, but in which form should you use it? I've always seen it on sale as a juice
I've never seen the leaves on sale..... we wouldn't want someone to get any silly ideas and try sticking the leaf up their hole :D
Is it good for general use as an after play treatment or should it be used only for fisures etc?

As for the Aloe Vera question, I have when my allergies flare up, or when i get a sun or other sort of burn, and i have use it as a rather good lubricant for sex.
Is true aloe vera leaves should not be use in their "natural state" because it has saw like edges. If you come across a plant or leaves for that matter, choose the older and thickets leaves, those are the ones with more "meat". Than you can with a knife strip the transparent inner part from the green part that covers the leave, thats the aloe vera. You can smash it and store in the fridge.
I dont think it will have a negative reaction to intestinal tissue, but always be carefull for negative reactions. If you dont want to wait that long you can buy a aloe vera gel. I have add a web address bellow they are a nature product company here in Costa Rica, and they produce aloe vera gel, its completly organic and if understand the webpage well they will ship it practically anywhere.

yep if the GTN ointment [or oinkment if ur a pig] does'nt work then a lateral spyncterotomy is the only real cure because a fissure wont heal because of the muscle spasm in the anus. It seems odd that all the surgeon is doing is making a cut to make the fissure heal by itself but it works in 90% of cases. Latest is to inject Botox which relaxes the anus promoting healing - added bonus ur ass wont get wrinkles!!

Aloe vera is widely grown as a houseplant in colder climates. Just pick off a leaf when you need one and use the slime that oozes out of the torn base.

Just be careful that what you get is real honest-to-God Aloe vera. There are other aloes and there's no guarantee that they will have the same beneficial properties.

Well i'm letting you know, had the botox, it's still not healing, just bleeding every day, a year later!
