I didn't know if it was a case of the same person creating 2 profiles and pretending to be younger, or someone else copying his photos and posing as him.

I have checked here, asspig.com and XtremeFistMen and apparently he has deleted his profiles and photos related with his handle, although they still might be out there. I Googled "oklahomo83" and there are still a few dozen references to him. One of them has a tiny profile pic of him.

Owen, you're being pretty judgmental (but that's you). How, exactly, do you know he has no control over his ass? Are you a doctor? An expert on human anatomy?

If you studied anatomy, you'd know that the levator ani muscle, in conjunction with the profundus portion of the external sphincter, forms a combined musculo-fascial ring which completely surrounds the anorectal junction. Most people refer to this structure as the external sphincter or asshole.

You'd then know that this muscle ring extends an inch or two (depending on personal anatomy) inside the body and connects with the rectum. It is not possible to turn these muscles inside out - the prolapse seen here is of the rectum, not the muscles. The rectum is extended out, past the muscle ring.

Of course, as any good fister knows, it is possible to stretch these muscles to amazing lengths - and one can damage them or tear them if one is not careful. However, if a person uses toys and fisting to gradually stretch the muscles, you can achieve a high degree of flexibility in these muscles, just like an athlete who works other muscles and tendons in their body.

But, after a good session, within a few hours, the muscles return to their relatively normal size and perform their function - like normal. It is entirely possible that the man in the photo can pump his rectum out like this, and a couple hours later have absolutely no detectable after affects.

Obviously, this is not right for you - so don't do it. Your comments indicate such. But, why put down somebody else? If it works for him - great! Nobody is forcing you to do it.

As for the rest; the resiliency of the human body is incredible. For most people, who strain too much and accidentally cause a prolapse, the strain damages the internal tissues attaching the rectum to the inner walls of their body. The result is an uncontrollable prolapse where it always sticks out, and it can contribute to some level of incontinence.

Among the active fisters I have examined, there is a somewhat different anatomy. Not only have they mastered "mind over muscle" and have developed extraordinary control of their lower intestines, but they have a tendency to have slowly stretched the muscles and connective tissues, gently over time. Generally, depending on individual anatomy and patience, some can achieve a small level of prolapse without permanent damage.

Of course, the photos are an extreme example. He may need surgery to correct the prolapse, but he also may not. I don't know without a full work up and exam. If that was the result of an accident or injury, I guarantee he needs surgery. If it is the result of years of gentle training - maybe not. If he's self reporting that he uses a rectal balloon catheter, well, he may need surgical intervention and I suspect that he has damaged his sphincter muscle too much to allow it to close properly.

Like anything - too much is not good. The keys are know your body; go slow, be careful, and most of all do not over do it. Moderation means fun.
