How do you ensure you're clean enough inside?

Here's the approach I've standardized on after much trial and error.

1. Plan on playing after you've "eliminated" in the evening, and before your evening meal.
2. Put shower shot on fairly low water pressure that amounts to a moderate dribble.
3. Lube the shower shot and insert it gently all the way then gently out in one fluid motion. Push out with fairly strong force over the drain hole. Repeat several more times. It is important that you not leave the shower shot in your hole to fill it with water as this can lead to water getting trapped in your colon and an unpleasant release of dirty water during play. It should be just enough water to rinse the inside of your rectum and create a vacuum when you push out that pulls any additional waste with it.
4. Lube fingers and insert into rectum, swirling fingers as deep in your hole as possible, attempting to work them up into the colon. This sensation should evoke any additional bowel movement, if any waste is left in your lower gut. Because of recent BM in step 1 there shouldn't be any waste left.
5. If any additional waste is inside you, repeat step 3.
6. Once water is continuing to come out clear, repeat step 4 until your lower gut is empty.
7. Proceed with hole wrecking within next hour. If more than an hour passes attempt to repeat cleaning.

We say that shit happens, but with proper douching it doesn't have to.

Get a slender dildo at least 12 inches long and no wider than you can push in at least 12 inches. Mine is 5 inches in circumference or about 1.5 inches in diameter, and 12 inches long.

When the water you put in comes out clear, insert the dildo at least 12 inches and work it around and in and out for a couple of minutes. This will get it into your sigmoid colon, where the waste collects before it goes to the rectum. If it's dirty when you pull it out, you need to keep cleaning. When it comes out clean, you should be good to go. Take some Immodium tablets to stop anything else from coming down to the sigmoid.

To be honest there have been times when I thought I was as clean as a whistle and suddenly there was an accident and other times that I was not sure and I was perfectly clean.

I usually do a full clean out three or four times on the day of play. BiBttmBoi is correct in saying that there's a risk of getting foul water trapped further up in the colon if you let water get higher. My method of dealing with this is to flush as deeply as possible on the first two flushes. I usually try to have the second flush at least 4 - 5 hours before play. The 3rd flush is not so deep and the 4th, if I do one is, usually half an hour to an hour before play.
Covering your partner with shit is so embarrassing that if possible I like to spend the entire day prior to fisting on preparations. Haste and rush I find are usually self-defeating. :confused_smile:

I like to get as clean as possible, and use colon snake (insert 24") with shower hose to get water up into colon. Takes 1 - 2 hrs for everything to come down. Then just 18" shower attchment for final clean, and road test with "Rambone" to check everything is hunky dory. After this procedure am ok for 2-3 days with just gentle cleaning.

Sometimes its easier than others, and seems to depend on how much and how often I've eaten/snacked in previous 24 hours. Taking extra fibre (like psyllium husks) seems to help.

Tips and FAQs on Anal Sex Preparation

1. What to do if you only have 5 minutes to prepare for anal sex
If you are about to engage in anal sex, doing a quick flush of your rectum will leave you feeling more relaxed and allow you enjoy the sex, not to mention that your partner will definitely appreciate it! Douching can be a scary thing to do the first time, but in fact it can be done if just a few minutes and is as easy as washing your hair. The important issue in a quick douche is ensuring that you do not get water up into your colon as this will not come down immediately and may lead to nasty surprise during sex. The goal here is to only irrigate the rectum (the rectum is 6-10 inches long and attaches to the colon with the second sphincter) so that you flush out its contents. To ensure you do not get water into the colon do not fill and hold water inside. Use a bent-over position without bending the legs too much, to reduce the likelihood of water seeping into the colon. Insert the smaller nozzle of the StreemMaster or Mini and allow only a small amount of water to go inside, then immediately expel. The benefit of the StreemMaster’s lower pressure system is that you have control of force of the water and a shallow cleaning is possible. Do this a few times and hopefully you’ll have irrigated enough to flush the rectum. If possible have a quick shower. Note that if you don’t clean past the second sphincter you may still have surprise if you choose the squat on your partner while he is laying down, as in the position you are stimulating your bowel to have a movement so if you do not have time to clean deep you want to stick to doggy style and laying or your back/side.

2. What fluid is best for pre-sex enema and what not to use
Water is the best fluid for pre-sex douching as it is the least irritating. Using a Fleet Enema is not advisable because they contain a stimulant designed to irritate the bowel to make you go. The low levels of chlorine and bromine in the city water supply is not going to irritate your bowel and ensure that the water is safe. You should take a probiotic supplement if you douche regularly to help maintain a healthy colon. If you are in a place where you water is not safe to drink, then it is not safe to douche with either. You can use distilled water in the StreemMaster Mini or you can use a enema solution as recommended by your doctor.

3. Some tips to minimize cramps during anal sex
Since the anus and rectum are controlled both voluntarily and involuntarily if you cause stress to either they will contract and they will make anal sex less enjoyable and potentially more difficult and painful. Douching is a stress to the body if it is done aggressively or with high pressure systems, and this can lead to a disappointing night of anal sex. To avoid stress use a non-water based lube on the nozzle, but be sure it is condom safe if you intend to have sex immediately after. Also the more you fill up with water, hold and expel the more stress you put on the rectum; ideally a few low pressure irrigations are better to help move the stool. A squatting position is the most natural position to evacuate the bowel. If you are cleaning deep past the second sphincter, using a colon hose can greatly reduce the number of rinses you need to perform and doesn’t require you to fill and hold a large volume of water. Always use lots of lube with a colon hose. If you are using an old style shower hose, you will be more likely to suffer stresses on the colon then if you use the StreemMaster system. The StreemMaster is the least stressful way to douche and you will never have the feeling like you’ve just been disemboweled.

4. How to avoid that embarrassing accident while having sex
If you have ever been told you are dirty, or when the top pulls out he has the dreaded “stinky dick” and you are not sure why that happened because you douched…you can most likely blame that on your second sphincter.

However, it can simply be that you didn’t clean your rectum properly. If it is the latter, you can try a longer nozzle, as it could be that your stools are very hard so you need to get water past them. The soon to be released StreemMaster Deep Clean nozzle will assist with this. For deep cleaning past the second sphincter look at Tip 2. For most people, a shallow cleaning is what is best as you will not be going past the second sphincter. If you are a using long toy or the tops penis is long enough to push against your second sphincter, you need to clean deep.

5. What foods can help me prepare for a fun night anal exploration?
Diet plays a big role in how quickly you can clean out. Some tips are to eat Oatmeal in the morning and make sure you haven’t eaten any nuts or seeds 2-3 days before a planned exploration, as these can cause scratches and irritate the bowel during sex. You should consume high fibre foods so your stools are easy to irrigate. Though Immodium is intended for diarrhea, it can slow down your bowel and for a big night it may help you stay clean longer. But I don’t advise anyone take Immodium without first consulting your doctor about the risks. I know many people who will go on a liquid diet the day of a planned play date to help them avoid surprises, however my experience has been that this isn’t required if you clean deep with a colon hose.

6. Select the correct douche nozzle

7. How to prevent diverticulitis when douching
Diverticulitis is a condition in which little pockets are permanently stretched into the rectal and colon walls by too much pressure. These little pockets can cause issues during sex and also lead to medical problems. This is the main reason why health care professionals always recommend you use a gravity driven system like the SteeemMaster and never a directly connected shower hose. Even if you think you are controlling the pressure on a shower hose, you aren’t! You can only control the volume of water (or flow rate) the pressure is still damaging.

8. Is filling, holding and expelling the best way to deep clean?
No. This may be the appropriate way for a deep enema if you are following recommended enema procedures. This would mean you’d be taking in water for 30 minutes or more at a very slow rate while laying on your side. But the way most gay men douche they take in a lot of water very quickly and hold it in. The reason we do this is to get water deep past the second sphincter, but this will inevitably come down in 30 minutes or longer so it takes a long time to clean out. It also means you are stretching your rectum. A better approach is to simply get enough water inside to cause a movement and do this a few times until you are clean. Use the correct nozzle for the intended play (see #7). Also this increases the risk of diverticulitis – see tip #8.

9. What is the best position to douche
Well the official enema position is to lay on your side, but for practical reasons, most people want to do this quickly before sex. We do provide a detailed instruction booklet in our StreemMaster Shower kit with drawings of the various positions. From an anatomical perspective, the best position depends on the depth of cleaning. For shallow cleaning bending over and inserting the nozzle will be best as it will allow water to enter without fighting gravity, but having your legs more straight will discourage your second sphincter from opening. If you want to clean deep, squatting is the best because when you bend your legs your second sphincter is encouraged to open and the rectum and colon become more straightly aligned.

10. Be ready to have sex when you leave the bars
This is a difficult one because you can’t tell your body to stop digestion. Some tricks I’ve heard are watching your diet (see #6). Also you can deep clean with a colon hose before you leave and if you are able to take Immodium it will slow down your bowel. Take a StreemMaster Mini in your coat pocket for a freshen up at your partners house.

11. Where do you expel using your shower douche?
We recommend that you move from the shower to the toilet.

12. How to clean your douche
It is important to clean your syringe style douches well as they often suffer some “suck back” during use and will take in some dirty water. This is why we engineered the StreemMaster Mini douche to have a large base opening so you can easily rinse it out an inspect it. You cannot clean a douche bulb out if you can only syringe water in and out of it. You can add a few drops of bleach to a glass of water and then poor this into the Mini; rinse out the douche bulb by swirling it around, this will help kill any mold that may occur if you haven’t allowed it to dry out properly. Our Mini Douche is designed to be air dry with the nozzle off.

The StreemMaster Shower douche is made from silicone which is naturally mold resistant. The white and red models are translucent and the development of mold will be evident by visual inspection. The StreemMaster is designed to air dry so if you simply leave it hanging with the nozzle removed it will dry and this will prevent mold. For sterilization you can boil the whole system, though we recommend you removed the drain tube assembly by simply pulling it off the funnel bag.

To sterilize the nozzles you can clean them with soap and water followed by an rinse with isopropyl alcohol. Follow this with a rinse of water to remove the alcohol. You can also boil all StreemMaster plastic nozzles.

13. The correct lube during douching can lead to better sex
If you a water based lube while douching it will wash off before it is useful. Without a lubricant you are going to irritate the anus and rectum and this will cause more sensitivity during sex.

14. How to clean safely beyond your rectum/second sphincter (deep clean)
First of all, for most people a deep clean isn’t required. Deep cleaning requires more time and for “shallow” anal sex, like anal intercourse, is not required.

The common belief in the gay community is that you require high pressure system to deep clean. The usual approach is to fill with water until you can’t hold it and then expel. Repeat and repeat. This stretches your rectum and colon, forces the second sphincter to open under duress to force water deep inside. This approach takes a while and will make sex afterwards more difficult as your body will be in “shock” and will be more difficult to relax. The other problem with using this approach is that you will definitely push water further into the colon than you’d like and you’ll more than likely get the dreaded “accident” while having sex, that is the dirty water will be released when you finally are relaxed maybe an hour or so later. Diverticulis is a real concern with high pressure systems, as the nozzle will shoot water at a pressure the body cannot resist and this can/will cause little permanent pockets in the rectal/colon wall. These pockets later collect feces and are potential problem areas down the road for infection or worse.

Something that is not so obvious is that when you use a shower hose and attach a nozzle directly to it, you’ve by-passed the water saver device usually located in the showerhead which effective dramatically reduces the flow rate of the city water system. You can get up to 100 times the water volume per minute by removing the shower head! Douche nozzles do not have water savers in them! All safety features are now removed and still people insert this directly into their body.

StreemMaster alleviates all of these concerns and because it uses the shower stream it is actually water efficient. Using the StreemMaster Shower Douche is like using an enema bag which never runs-out, providing a continuous flow of water, but at the lower safer pressure of an enema bag. Our system is perhaps the best system on the market for deep cleaning. As our 30” colon hose is simply the best way to clean deep quickly without a lot of stress on the colon. Colon hoses flush fecal matter out of your system by being inserted ahead of the fecal matter and irrigating it to gently flush it out. For some this may seem extreme compared to filling up with water, holding and expelling, and it does require some practice. Note that you should only use a colon hose with a gravity driven system otherwise you can injure yourself.

The guys at Streamshitmasters make an OK product, butt nothing magic or better than other devices. Using it for a deep cleaning is fine. Shallow cleaning only is bad advice for a fister and poor advice for a hardcore assfucker. Their advice may be ok for a QIUCK DICK STICK in the ass. It is not for fisting. They are working to get the money of people that will not plan ahead for fucking. With fisting you MUST plan ahead unless you like shitfisting. This silly clean the rectum only advise will result in a stinking mess 90% of the time when fisting.

I start the night before; no dinner,then drink two bottles of magnesium citrate ( they sell it at the drug store in the laxatives section),in about 2 hours I start squirting and it keeps up for about 5 hours,I'm finally squirting clear water and it pretty much stops,then go to bed and in the morning clean out with douch and take 3 or 4 anti-diareah pills,and DON'T EAT ANYTHING till after I play,no milk either--only clear liquids--lots of water. Then I'm whistle clean from belly to butt--no doubts. It's a chore,but well worth it!

Guys I have a streem master and I know you all know about it now but it DOES WORK QUITE WELL!

Also, the overflow releif tube prevents high water pressure. The lengthy post is basically a cut and paste from their site but I own one and I can tell you in all honesty, it works as intended and does an extremely god job of cleaning you out wether you're cleaning deeply or not.
